All of the technicians went so far above and beyond their jobs. I simply can’t believe it. My alternator went out and my car died just minutes after they had. Let me know that my alternator was going out. I was two or three blocks away and they literally came to my rescue and charged my car so that I could limp it back to The facility. They got the part and worked on it immediately and had it done in less time than they originally protected. They took care of me big time! Jiffy Lube on Nob Hill in Yakima Washington has a Customer for life!!
